As Safety Professionals, part of our job is conducting training. Another part of our job is coaching team members in the field. We’ve all participated in training classes/coaching sessions that were less than effective. What makes these interactions more or less effective? Facilitation skills.
What is Facilitation? “The act of making something easier” – like learning!
